Wraps that Work

Where can I get quality gift wrap?

But without the "boutique" price. I am not a big fan of the dollar store for gift wrap - it seems like they don't give much. I like the paper at Hallmark, but if I remember, it is pricey. Where can I find pretty paper and wrapping supplies without paying the cost? I like the presentation to be very nice and don't want to use "cheap" paper. I want good paper but for less.

  1. idk, CVS?
  2. Target :)
  3. You could try a scrapbooking store. Sometimes they have handmade papers that are very nice and reasonably priced. If you don't need large pieces of wrap you can use standard 12" x 12" scrapbooking paper. It can be purchased at Target, Joann Fabric, and specialty stores.
  4. Any drug store. Sometimes you can find good deals at Hallmark stores, but that's few and far between. Good luck!
  5. depends where you live. in los angeles they have places specialized for gift wrapping. but if you live in a small town then learn how to do it by searching how to do it and buying the proper materials.
  6. don't know if there is a Christmas Tree Shop in your area but they have great deals on bags and paper.
  7. Hallmark may have lowered the prices since its not the holiday season, so check it out again. You can also try eBay, you will not be disappointed. I just looked up 'Hallmark Gift Wrap' and someone is selling a pack of 36 for 99 cents and 10 dollar shipping. check it out!!! hope I helped and good luck!!!!
  8. dont use paper, if its a baby gift use a baby blanket held with diaper pins, if its a wedding gift use a nice cloth table cloth or towels. forget the paper think if you spend a fairly large ammount on paper that is probly more than likely not going to be saved its going to get torn and thrown in the trash, use your crafty side and think a little about things that can be used, newspaper (try with no pics on it) wrapping then wraped with lightly colored tissue paper. always be sure to use ribbions and bows too. make your own paper, just buy a roll of white paper and stamp things on them or paint or cut out little designs and use colored paper under to fill it in with, wall paper is cute to wrap things in too. you can use just about anything just be crafty with it, and remember its not whats on the outside but whats on the inside that should really matter anyways
  9. check form department stores around the town. I think they offer free gift wraps if u've just bought sumthing frm their store.
  10. Hallmark sells their paper in some Wal-Mart and Target stores. It's a little cheaper there.
