Do you wrap diapers when they are a shower gift?

I bought my SIL a few gifts for her baby shower tommorrow most are things from her registry, but we also bought a big box of pampers swaddlers (I think about 100 diapers), and I have not wrapped them yet. Do you gift-wrap diapers if they are a shower gift? I was thinking about just putting a ribbon the box, but I'm not sure... Anyone? Should I try making a diaper cake?

2. I wouldn't wrap them. People at my shower just had the bags of diapers thrown on the table.

4. a co-worker gave my wipes that were wrapped but the diapers she gave me she just put ribbon and a bow on the box. i thought that it was very cute

6. I would wrap the box of diapers... just makes it look nicer. Making a diaper cake is a cute idea, but it takes practice, and some people don't want to use the diapers on the cake because of hygiene issues. They don't want to use diapers that have been opened and touched by someone. So if I were you, I would just wrap it the box in wrapping paper.
7. It isn't really necessary but you can take them out of a box and put them in a cute basket so she can use the basket for later as well.
8. I think a diaper cake is so cute! Try that...and if that doesn't work, just give her the diapers with the other gifts...it doesn't have to be wrapped, or even have a bow. It wouldn't be wrong not to wrap them, and would be perfectly acceptable if you do wrap them.
9. Don't bother wrapping them. Diapers are a great gift though. Go to your local dollar store and buy a really big gift bag. Don't make a diaper cake!

11. The following is a comment about baby showers and diapers. I recently went to a baby shower. The invitation stated that for every diaper box a guest brought they would be placed in a raffle for price. The my friend (pregnant woman) received tons of diapers enough for a year, I'd say...In past showers that I've attended diapers are never wrapped. Yes, try a diaper cake.
12. Not necessarry, but who doesn't like opening a gift? That's half the fun!! You could try a diaper cake, but I have a friend who makes them all the time and she says that to make them look good, it takes quite awhile...however I myself have never tried.

14. Well i do not think diapers make good things in cakes and besides why would you eat something with a diaper in it wrap it up in a box of penuts they work for me
15. Don't make a diaper cake. Someone got me this and it was a pain to take all the little bands off them, and then I thought, ugh, someone touched these diapers with dirty hands perhaps???
